Artichokes are perfect for grilling. To prepare the vegetables, cut off the tops, some of the stem and extra leaves. Then halve the remaining artichoke. Boil them for about 10 minutes. Use a spoon to scoop out the choke in the middle. Brush with garlic oil and place on a medium-high heat grill until charred, turning often.
